This small Anglican church is located on Surf Highway 45 in Rahotu.
The building was originally the Masonic Hall which became vacant when the lodge moved its centre to Ōpunake. The building was then converted into a church.
According to the book, The Taranaki Archdeaconry: Its History and Associations (1955), it was opened and dedicated by Archdeacon Cole on 4 December 1910.
In 2008 it was decided to close the church and sell the building. A stained-glass window donated by the Gibson family was moved to St Paul's Church in Ōkato. (Rahotu School and Districts : 125th Jubilee 1884 - 2009 pages 42-43)
