This Catholic Church in Mōkau was built in 1965 and dedicated by Rev. Monsignor Heavey. It is located on the junction of North Street and Rerenga Street in Mokau.
Three stained glass windows from the old St Patrick's Church in Waitara were used in the building. Father McHale was involved in the planning and building of the church.
