37 Gaine Street (1920)

A permit was granted by the Borough Council to R. A. Large on 27 February 1920 for the construction of three houses on Part Town Belt A, Gaine Street - Large was the builder, and the estimated construction cost for all three homes was £2000.

All three homes survive as of August 2025 - they are numbers 33, 35 and 37 Gaine Street.
