A permit was granted by the Borough Council to Hooker Bros on 29 June 1921 for the construction of two 'cottages' on Belt Road - F. M. Grayling was the builder, and the estimated construction cost for both homes was £1000.
The other home is located at neighbouring 23 Belt Road.
