After the demolition of Richard Brown's 19th century board and batten house in 1946, a single-storey stucco bungalow was built for Mr Sidney Martin. A building permit was issued for the house on 19 December 1946. The builder was Richmond Ingles and the estimated cost, £2130.00.00.
The house was demolished in early 2014 to make way for a new office block. It was the last remaining residential-style building on the south-side of Young Street between Queen and Dawson Streets.
The new building - AON House - was completed in November 2014. As of May 2023, the building carries the name Craigs Investment Partners.
