On 30 May 1902, a permit was granted to Mr Hurle for construction of a residence on Town Section 24, Hine Street - the builder/architect was Louis Bullot, and the estimated construction cost was £225.

On 6 June 1905, another permit was granted to Mr Hurle for a residence on Part Town Section 24, Hine Street - the home was designed by notable architect John Arthur Maisey, and the estimated construction cost was £300. 

In June 1914, a permit was granted to W. W. Thompson for a residence on Part Town Section 24, Hine Street - the estimated construction cost was £400.
