70 Morley Street was probably constructed for Mrs Morey in 1920.
The permit that most likely relates to the construction of 70 Morley Street was granted to Mrs Morey on 1 July 1920 for the construction of a residence on Town Sections 339 & 363 (363 possibly a mistake) - 'Jackson' was the builder, and the estimated construction cost was £1800.
