This cottage was located opposite the former Taranaki Club (St Aubyn Street and Queen Street corner),on the far west of the carpark, facing north toward the Cenotaph. Also located directly behind the Clarendon Apartments on St Aubyn Street, on Town Section 603.
Access was probably via the driveway next to the Young Street Cottage.
