The permit that probably relates to the construction of the present house at 50 Frankley Road, was granted to F. Whitehead on 16 May 1919 - Whitehead was the builder, and the estimated construction cost was £700.
A Mrs Sarah Ann Whitehead is first listed as living in this location in Frankley Road in the 1921 edition of Wises Post Office Directory. Mrs S. J. Parrot, and George Bendall, were later occupiers of the house.
