A permit was granted by the Borough Council to Mrs F. M. (Frances Mabel) McKenzie on 4 February 1936 for the construction of a house on Section 120, Whiteley Subdivision, South Road (now St Aubyn Street) – J. McIntosh was the builder, and the estimated construction cost was £1100.
The house has been occupied by the St Aubyn Veterinary Clinic for a number of years.
