A permit was granted by the Borough Council to C. Wilson on 28 October 1930 for the construction of a house on Lot 1 of Town Section 1949, Octavius Place – H. Peterson was the builder, and the estimated construction cost was £600.
The house was either extensively renovated or removed from the site after 2010.
