This bungalow cottage was constructed for Frederick William Croker in 1931, with a permit granted to F. W. Croker by the NPBC on the 16th of January 1931 - V. G. Croker was the contractor, and the estimated construction cost was £700.

The house was wooden-framed, with Konka Board and stucco cladding.

The entire structure was demolished with a digger during October 2018 to enable the construction of a modern residence.
