The permit that probably relates to the construction of 4 Wakefield Street was granted by the Borough Council to Levi Harold Sanders on 30 July 1925 for the construction of a house on Part Town Section 1846, Avenue Road (now Coronation Avenue) – the estimated construction cost was £800.
