A permit was granted by the Borough Council to G. Walker on 16 December 1926 for the construction of a house on Part Town Section 212 Aubrey & Morley Streets - R. Lovell was the builder, and the estimated construction cost was £890.
Walker had previously constructed the neighbouring shop on the corner of Devon and Morley Streets.
