The permit that probably relates to the construction of 341 St Aubyn Street was granted by the Borough Council to Mrs Bevan on 12 October 1920 for the construction of a residence on Sections 6, Belt & South Roads - the builder was Peterson, and the estimated construction cost was £800.
On the evening of Monday 20 August 2018, a tornado damaged the roof of the bungalow, with several sheets of corrugated steel torn off.
