A permit was granted to J. Draper by the Borough Council on 16 March 1939 for the construction of house on Lot 2 of Town Section 2031, DP5673, Hobson Street - R. Hoyle was the builder, and the estimated construction cost was £1000.
The building was refurbished in 2017 and converted into business premises.
