A permit was granted by the Borough Council to Mrs A. Richmond on 3 December 1930 for the construction of a house on Lot 2 of Town Section 793, Downe Street – J. M. Thomson was the builder, and the estimated construction cost was £251.
The house was demolished or moved off the site about 2014.
