Permit One: Granted February 1923 to Parker and McIsaac, with the builder listed as Payne Ltd?, and an estimated construction cost of £750.

Permit Two: Granted March 1923 to Parker and McIsaac, with the builder listed as C. E. Roebuck, and an estimated construction cost of £700.
