In 2017 this villa was in largely original condition - being clad in rusticated weatherboard and retaining its original sash windows.
The villa is present in the background of a photograph taken in August 1896, and was probably constructed by C. Rielly in 1895. Rielly purchased Town Section 100 in June 1895 from Frederick Alonzo Carrington.
This villa was demolished or moved of the site in 2023.
