Plans for a residence on Town Section 74 for J. Drake, were deposited with the Borough Council in October 1919 - the architect/contractor was listed as N. Peterson, and the estimated construction cost was £1000.
Part Town Sections 74 and 75 were purchased by Drake in September 1919 - Drake then on-sold the property and completed home to E. Jackson in March 1921.
