A permit was granted to L. L. Gilbert on 11 September 1933 for the construction of a house on Lot 2 of Town Section 107, St Aubyn Street - Pelham & Sons were the builders, and the estimated construction cost was £400.
The house was demolished or removed from the site in 2018 - the section is now part of the Southern Cross Hospital carpark.
