A permit was granted by the Borough Council to (no name entered - probably 'Rundle' who owned property at time) on 8 March 1919 for the construction of two houses on Town Section 82, St Aubyn Street - Gilmour and Clarke were the builders, and the estimated construction cost for both homes was £1200. Only one of the two homes were constructed.
The bungalow was subsequently purchased by Daniel Grant Dick, who on-sold the property to Alexander Graham in September 1923.
