The permit that probably relates to the construction of 155 St Aubyn Street was granted by the Borough Council to W. L. Thompson on 30 March 1926 for the construction of a residence on Part Town Section 119 St Aubyn Street - Thompson was the builder, and the estimated construction cost was £750.
