A permit for a "cottage" on Town Section 121 was granted by the Borough Council in October 1903, the client was listed as W. H. Roberts, with an estimated cost of £290.
The entry certainly refers to the home on the eastern side on Section 121, as the cottage on the western side was constructed pre-1880.
