A permit was granted by the Borough Council to H. Peterson on 7 September 1926 for the construction of a house on Lot 1 of Sub 4 of Pt B, Bracken Street – Peterson was the builder, and the estimated construction cost was £600. The house was purchased by Mrs Mary K. Kirkpatrick in November 1926.
