12 Bell Street (1921)

Plans for a residence for C. Bertrand on Section 20, Bell Street, were deposited with the Borough Council in February 1921 - the architect/contractor was listed as C. D. Arnold and the estimated construction cost was £900.

For many years the house was home to the iconic Taranaki community radio station The Most FM.
