A permit was granted by the Borough Council to A. F. Meade (?) on 8 December 1934 for the construction of a house on Lot 6, Oranoa, Belt Road – B. C. Wheeler (?) was the builder, F. D. McIntyre the plumber, and the estimated construction cost was £500.
